HOW DOES SELLING TO TONE MASTERS WORK?

We know good gear and know what it's worth. We will always endeavour to offer you a fair price for your gear but please bear in mind the need to service/set up, clean and advertise the gear we purchase prior to resale - and then wait for it to sell.
You can also provide us with an offer which we will respond to.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We offer options to pay via PayPal and credit card. Tone Masters offers payment via PayPal or cash on collection.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

The million dollar question...
Tone Masters utilise Australia Post, Pack and Send, DHL and other musical instrument freight specialists. Every shipment is unique. Some items we ship free and others we have to charge for. We however never profit from shipping charges. If we have quoted you more than what it costs Tone Masters we will reimburse you the difference.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you have buyers remorse, we accept change of mind returns within 14 days. A restocking fee of 10% applies and freight costs are at the customers' expense.
